CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

Healing Therapies & Consultancy Services

-       75% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 25 days from the date of booking.*

-       50% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 26 - 40 days from the date of booking.*

-       25% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 41 - 50 days from the date of booking.*

-       No amount will be refunded if Healing therapy / Consultancy service is cancelled 1 week or less before the scheduled call time.*

- There is NO refund applicable on NO SHOW readings & Consultations.

* The refund amount calculated as per the booking date and cancellation request date will be processed within 28 working days from the date of cancellation.
