• 75% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 25 days from the date of booking.*
• 50% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 26 – 40 days from the date of booking.*
• 25% amount will be refunded if Healing therapy/ Consultancy service is cancelled within 41 – 50 days from the date of booking.*
• No amount will be refunded if Healing therapy / Consultancy service is cancelled 1 week or less before the scheduled call time.*
• There is NO refund applicable on NO SHOW readings & Consultations.
• For Razor Pay, the charges are 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards, Net Banking (except for American Express which is 4.72%) and 3.54% for all payments from foreign cards. For PayPal, the charges are 5.19%. These charges are inclusive of the applicable 18% GST. And, our hosting platform charges of 2% will not be refunded.

* The refund amount calculated as per the booking date and cancellation request date will be processed within 28 working days from the date of cancellation.
